Refund Policy

Each paid AI animation is a $1.99 one-time generation. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

When to contact support

If PayPal charged you but the AI generation failed or no GIF was delivered, email your PayPal receipt and a short description to nftalk@protonmail.com.

Completed generations

Because AI rendering uses third-party generation cost, completed generations are generally final. We will still review obvious technical failures, duplicate charges, or cases where the app did not deliver a downloadable GIF.

Compatibility caveat

Gmail and Google Account behavior can vary by client and Workspace policy. Compatibility differences after a successful download are not treated as automatic technical failures.
